1. As to the building attached to the Plaintiff:

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff acquired ownership of the building in the annexed sheet 1) The plaintiff shall be a church established in E at the time of Jongpopoon around 1946, and the A Religious Organization General Assembly around 1963 (hereinafter referred to as the "Gu religious order").

In around 1973, F was admitted to a new church building in the above area, and around 1973, F was found to be a member of the Plaintiff’s gathering. 2) On the other hand, since the 1990s, Gran-si was developed in a new era, there was a need to build a new church building in the above area by moving a part of the Plaintiff’s members to another place.

3) Accordingly, on December 30, 1993, F purchased H large 98 square meters and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the Plaintiff’s separate name on March 14, 1996, and constructed a new church on the ground and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the name of Diplomatic Association on December 13, 200, after completing the registration of ownership transfer registration under the name of Diplomatic Association on December 14, 200, F used to build the E church and build the new church of H and make up both the E church and build the new church of H from that time (hereinafter in this context, referred to as “I church”).

I church and the plaintiff are a single church.

B. Plaintiff’s internal dispute 1) On November 6, 201, due to the issue of F pastor’s retirement age, conflicts with the old religious order and the Plaintiff passed a resolution to leave the old religious order on November 6, 201, and around that time, the J religious order, an incorporated association (hereinafter “new religious order”).

On December 8, 2011, both the Plaintiff and I church organizations were trying to establish a "Climaryary mission" as a matter of religious order such as joining the religious order. The former religious order is as the Gwangju District Court Decision 2012Kahap126, and the F is over 70 years of age and above 70 years of age, so the resolution of November 6, 201 is null and void, and F is prohibited from performing its duties.
