Punishment of the crime

At around 23:30 on July 17, 2013, the Defendant driven BM5 car under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.168% (Edmark application value with appraisal value) from approximately 3 kilometers to the front road of the Sod Island located in the Sodon-Eup, Seoul Special Metropolitan City through the first day of the village hall located in 1,000, Seo-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City through a monthly bathing beach.
