The Defendant, at around 07:35 on April 14, 2014, operates a road in front of a gas station located in the Common Law of Young-gu, Young-gu, Suwon-si on March 14, 2014, directly from the face of a mountain-si.

The vehicle was driven on the side of the re-building principle, while driving about about 10 meters in the 0.243 percent of blood alcohol concentration.
