On March 13, 2015, the Defendant, at around 15:10, driven a CPoter truck without a driver’s license in the section of approximately 11.8km from around 11.8 meters to the road located in the Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do, at the location of the Korea Gas Corporation located in Busan-do, Samwon-gu, Busan-do, Samnam-do, the Korea Gas Corporation located in Samcheon-gu, Samnam-gu, Samwon-do.
