Punishment of the crime

At around 20:40 on June 4, 2013, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle B K-270 dyke at a distance of about 430 meters from the pre-road of the mountain market located in the Sincheon-gu Busan Metropolitan City to the front road of Daegu Timber located in the same Eup/Myeonncheon-gu, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at approximately 0.153% of blood alcohol content (Appraisal values) at a distance of about 430 meters;
