A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) had the front registration number plate of the said vehicle kept in custody due to the failure to pay a fine for negligence on or around October 31, 2013; (b) around October 1, 2017, for the purpose of operating the said vehicle, the Defendant removed trees attached to a Jin household located at the front of the Incheon Southern-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, from the front side of the said vehicle, and forged one registration number plate of the vehicle, which is an air, in the form of a number plate, in the form of a car board, and in the form of a car number plate, in the form of a car number plate, and entered as “B” in the form of a paint.

2. The Defendant, as described in paragraph 1, posted a forged motor vehicle registration number plate at the place indicated in paragraph 1, in front of the Defendant’s Boexton car at the place indicated in paragraph 1, and exercised forged air defense by operating the forged motor vehicle on the road of the Southern-dong, Incheon Metropolitan City on February 20, 2018 from that time to February 20, 2018.

3. A person in violation of the Automobile Management Act was prohibited from using forged or forged registration number plates. However, the Defendant forged a motor vehicle registration number plate as described in paragraph 1 and used a forged motor vehicle registration number plate as described in paragraph 2.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. The sentencing of Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act (the following factors are considered as favorable among the reasons for sentencing) is in line with the suspended sentence.
