A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

1,100,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On September 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Daegu District Court on the part of September 13, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence on October 26, 2013.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

A. On November 2015, the Defendant received KRW 400,000 from the D Saemaeul Treasury located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Sinpo-si, Seoul to request for writingphones from E, and then delivered KRW 306,000 to H 40,000,00 from the Gcom 306 unit located in the Busan Metropolitan City F, and arranged to sell and purchase phiphones by receiving approximately 0.5g of phiphones.

(2) On December 2015, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 400,00 from the J market heading around the south-gu J market, Nam-gu, Y from E to request to rescue phiphones, and issued H 400,000 won at Gel located in F in Busan, and arranged to trade phiphones by receiving approximately 0.5 g of philophones from E with a single-use injection machine located in F.

(3) On December 2015, the Defendant received 300,000 won from the Lway located in the Busan-gu, Busan-gu, to request for the clopon, and then delivered 300,000 won to M who is unable to know about the same location after receiving 300,000 won from E, and arranged to trade copon to E by receiving approximately 0.5g of the lopon.

B. (1) Around November 2015, the Defendant administered 0.03g of philophones in a 203 ophones located in Nam-gu I at a port of the end of November 2015.

(2) On December 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (a) injected approximately 0.03ghon-phones into a single-use injection machine; (b) injected them into the arms after dilution with raw water at the early port of Seocho-gu, Seoul; and (c) administered them by means of injection.
