A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

2,214,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant did not deal with the Metepopty (one philoopopon; hereinafter hereinafter referred to as "philoopon") which is a local mental medicine because he is not a person dealing with narcotics, the Defendant received, administered, traded, and arranged the purchase and sale of phiopon as follows.

1. C-related writingphones and assistance in trading;

A. On April 2013, 2013, the Defendant received Handphones from the Defendant at the residence of the Defendant, Nam-gu Incheon, Incheon, Dong 203 Dong Do Do Da 203, in a way that Do 0.03g of Handphones were cut off to C without compensation.

B. On March 5, 2014, at around 20:00, the Defendant received KRW 500,000 from C to the post office account under the name of the Defendant, and arranged to sell and purchase opphones by way of sending approximately 0.7g of opphones to E, and selling 0.7g of opphones at around 21:00 on the same day, following the receipt of opphones, at around 21:00, the Defendant arranged to sell and purchase opphones at around 0.7g of opphones to his/her opphones to his/her son’s residence.

On April 23, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 150,000 from C to a new bank account under the name of the Defendant, along with a request to request to rescue the phiphones, and arranged to trade the phiphones by way of sending KRW 150,000 to E the above KRW 150,000,000,000 and making about KRW 0.1g of the phiphones on the same day.

On May 26, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 400,000 from C to a new bank account under the name of the Defendant, along with a request to request to rescue phiphones, and arranged to trade phiphones by way of sending the said KRW 400,000 to E and selling approximately 0.1g of phiphones on the same day.

2. Trading and medication of E-related phiphones.

A. On January 18, 2014, the Defendant is “H” in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G around 06:00.
