Defendant

A Imprisonment for one year and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On June 2016, the Defendant: (a) 1) arranged to sell and purchase cambanees (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”); (b) 450,000 won in cash upon B’s request to request for cambopon from B at the residence of 401, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon; and (c) 400,000 won.

Accordingly, the Defendant consented to B’s request, and around that time, 450,000 won in EF Gameland near Incheon Nam-gu, Incheon, to G and 10,000 won in a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.7g of philopon from G, and immediately found the above philopon to B’s residence.

2) On August 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received 250,000 won in cash with B’s request to seek philophones from B at the residence of the foregoing B.

After accepting B’s request, the Defendant transferred 250,000 won to the Nong Bank account (H) used by G on the same day, and, at the same time, took a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.35 g of philopon from G in the old world near “Jel” located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and immediately returned the said philopon to B by finding the said philopon as the residence of the said B.

3) On August 26, 2016, the Defendant received 40,000 won in cash with B’s request to seek philophones from B at the residence of the above B.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred KRW 40,00 to the said Nonghyup Bank account used by G on the same day after consenting to B’s request, and received a single-use injection device from G on the street near the said “Jel”, which contains one-time medication of a phiphone from G, and then found the said phiphone into the residence of the said B from September 17, 2016 to around the night on September 22, 2016, and gave the said phiphone to B.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant arranged the trade of philophones, which is a local mental medicine, three times in total.

B. The Defendant is planned to cultivate and smoke marijuana together with B, and around March 2016, the Defendant planned to cultivate and smoke marijuana, and had B sule the non-fluent quantity of the hemp seeds to B.
