1. On July 2012, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 600,000 from F, and sold approximately 0.8g of psychotropic drugs, which were psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine, to him/her, at the parking lot located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D (hereinafter referred to as “Evison”).
2. On August 3, 2012, at around 01:25, the Defendant: (a) 100,000 philopon price from F in the vicinity of the above Eel; (b) 02:36 on the same day and at around 02:38, the Defendant released KRW 50,000 from F in the cash withdrawal machine at the convenience store located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant sold approximately 0.64g gramlopon to F in the front of the above Eel on the same day at around 02:47.

1. On June 12, 2012, the Defendant, at around 18:10, remitted 200,000 won of philopon to the national bank account under the J’s name, along with a request to request the J to use philopon. At the same time, the Defendant purchased philopon in the way of drawing up a single philopon which contains approximately 0.3g of philopon from J in J’s BM car parked at the parking lot of bitlopon located in Nam-gu Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon.
2. On June 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 200,000 from the account in the name of J to the national bank account in the name of J, along with a request to request the J to use phiphones; (b) purchased a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.3g of phiphones from J at the Mamoel located in Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon at the same night.
3. On June 14, 2012, the Defendant, at around 23:48, remitted KRW 2.90,000 from J to the national bank account in the name of J, along with a request to request the J to use phiphones. On June 14, 2012, the Defendant, at around 01:00 on June 15, 2013, included approximately 0.4g from J to phiphones.
