Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:

1. On November 30, 2016, the Defendant received 6.50,000 won from D to the Busan Bank account (F) in the name of E, with a request to seek Metepha (one-name “Melopon”; hereinafter “Melopon”) from D, which is a local mental medicine, following the Defendant’s transfer of Melopon from D to the Busan Bank account (F).
