A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 The Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Jung-gu District Court on September 22, 2015, and the same court on December 21, 2015 sentenced eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of deceptive means and completed the execution of each of the above punishment in the Daejeon Prison on May 15, 2017.

【Criminal Facts】 The Defendant is not a narcotics handler】

1. At around 23:00 on April 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) administered clophones by inserting approximately 0.08 gramopon in a single-use chophone in the Sungnam-si building C heading room of Sungnam-si; (b) dilution it with water; and (c) administering chophones by using the Defendant’s chophones to injecting it with the Defendant’s chophones.

2. The Defendant, at around 12:20 on April 20, 2019, carried a philophone by inserting a vinyl paper containing approximately 5.45 g of philoon into the Defendant’s Cheongbane machine, which is placed on clothes at the same place as Paragraph 1, and carried a philophone.

3. Smoking of hemp plants;

A. At around 02:00 on April 17, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 0.5g of hemps into the hemp inhaled machine (a well-known pipe; hereinafter referred to as “Pipe”), which was made after the hotel of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as “Pipe”) and inhaleing smoke generated by attaching a fire.

B. At around 12:00 on April 18, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a pipe made by inserting about 0.5g of hemps on the right side after the Ki-si Government Police Station, Madro-si, Madro-si, Madro-si, in a manner of inhaleing smoke generated by attaching a fire.

C. At around 22:00 on April 19, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a pipe made by inserting about 0.5g of the hemp plant in the scambling on the street where the scambling is located in the scambling of the scambling-dong, and in a manner of inhaleing smoke generated by attaching a fire.

4. On April 20, 2019, the Defendant in the custody of the hemp plant: (a) kept the EM6 driver’s seat of the Defendant’s vehicle parked in the underground parking lot of the building B at Sungnam-si.
