A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On August 2017, the Defendant: (a) reported on an advertisement that sells marijuana on the Internet bulletin board, and decided to purchase marijuana from a person in the name of the deceased, using “D” of smartphone-recording d; and (b) transferred KRW 200,000 of the price for marijuana to an inorganic account designated by the first police officer on August 2017; and (c) traded marijuana in a manner that the person in the name of the deceased would bring about approximately 2 grams of marijuana, attached to the building distribution board in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul.

2. On August 31, 2017, the Defendant: (a) made an advertisement that sells phiphones on the Internet bulletin board; and (b) made use of smartphone-type D (hereinafter “D”); (c) decided to purchase mephones (hereinafter “phiphones”); and (d) remitted KRW 400,000 to the account (G) in the name of the national bank F of the National Bank designated by the person who was not his/her name on the same day to purchase mephones from the person who was not his/her name; and (d) sold mephones by taking advantage of approximately 0.5g of the rophones attached to the electric distribution board of the building that was attached to H food buphones in Songpa-gu Seoul.

3. Smoking marijuana;

A. On August 2017, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting 0.5g of hemp in tobacco paper, inserting it into a tobacco paper, and attaching a flusium with a flusium, at the Defendant’s house located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and 107 Dong 1302.

B. On September 2017, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting 0.5g of hemp in the Kel in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, in a tobacco paper, and attaching a horse by smoking.

On October 17, 2017, around 23:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way of smoking by inserting 0.5gg of hemp into the paper of tobacco in the Maurgu L, Gwangju-gu, and attaching a cigarette by a flash.

around 01:00 on October 21, 2017, the Defendant 01:00 tobacco paper at the Ofree telecom located in Gwangju Northern-gu, and 0.5g of hemp.
