A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On August 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) reported on the Internet website that he/she posted a letter on the sales of marijuana on the Internet website; (b) purchased 1g of marijuana through the Internet-type display method, i.e., name influor and “D”; and (c) purchased 1g of marijuana in accordance with the instructions of the name influor; (b) purchased 27530916 BTC (C), a non-coin, and transferred approximately KRW 180,000,000, to the non-coin’s name influor; and (c) purchased 1g of marijuana, which was concealed by an influoring person on the name in Seongdong-gu Seoul, who purchased 19:00 on the same day, in the former’s house located in Seongdong-gu Seoul.

2. Around 20:00 on August 26, 2016, the Defendant’s HFW car parked in the Gtel parking lot in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, which smokes marijuana in such a way as to cover 0.5g of marijuana and inhale the smoke with a fire.

3. On August 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) smoked in a way that, around 22:00, the Defendant injected tobacco in the Gtel 907, Sungnam-si Gtel; and (b) smoked in the hemp plant in a manner that, after taking about 0.5g of the hemp plant and inhales smoke with a fire attached thereto.

4. On September 1, 2016, the Defendant transferred approximately KRW 0.27530916 BTC ( approximately KRW 1.80,000,000) to a person under whose name the Defendant used the same method as that of No. 1, and purchased marijuana in a manner that would bring about marijuana, which is hidden by a person under whose name the Defendant’s name is not his/her name, in light of 13:00 on the same day, when he/she was a house located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Housing Co., Ltd.

5. On September 1, 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that, around 22:00, the Defendant injected tobacco in the Gtel 907, Sungnam-si Gtel, Sungnam-si, by using approximately 0.33g of the hemp plant in its arms and inhales smoke with a fire.

6. On September 2, 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that, around 22:00, the Defendant injected tobacco in the Gtel 907, Sungnam-si Gtel, Sungnam-si, by using approximately 0.33g of the hemp plant in his/her arms and inhales smoke with a fire.
