A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who keeps a ecoo vehicle B.

On June 5, 2017, the above Ecuas vehicle had the front registration number plate in custody as an order to suspend operation on June 5, 2017.

1. No one shall forge a registration number plate for an automobile in violation of air defense, and Automobile Management Act;

On September 17, 2018, the Defendant sent a white paint to the green iron plate previously held within the “D” operated by the Defendant in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, the Defendant entered it into a black paint B.

Accordingly, the defendant forged a motor vehicle registration number plate for the purpose of operating the vehicle.

2. No one shall use a forged registration number plate;

A. At around 09:20 on September 25, 2018, the Defendant attached a forged registration number plate as described in paragraph (1) on the front road of the F High School located in E in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and operated the said car.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised and used a forged motor vehicle registration number plate.

B. On September 30, 2018, the Defendant attached a forged registration number plate, as described in paragraph (1), on the road front of H timber located G in Seocheon-si, 2018, and driven the said car quantity.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised and used a forged motor vehicle registration number plate.
