A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

1. Violation of the Automobile Management Act and the Defendant is the owner of BMW passenger car, and the front registration number plate of the said passenger car was kept in custody on August 2019.

On August 2019, the Defendant: (a) had a white acrylic board as a registration number plate for the purpose of exercising the Busan YY C, which was the Busan YY, in order to be exercised in D Ekpet; and (b) stated the above Acry board as “B” with a black-type pen.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a copy of a motor vehicle registration number plate.

2. Violation of the Automobile Management Act and the Defendant’s use of forged air defense events were attached to the front registration number plate of the said B car, which was parked in the above EAC underground parking lot, at the time and time set forth in paragraph (1).

On August 24, 2019, around 18:30 on August 24, 2019, the Defendant operated the said car with a forged registration number plate attached from the above EKaf Underground Parking Lot to G located in F, Busan, to the first road located in H, Busan, and exercised it.

around 09:00 on September 23, 2019, the Defendant attached a forged registration license plate on the BM front number plate of the BM car and operated the said car by means of entering “B” on the white cryp board, from around 13 km to the “K” road located in the Seo-gu of Busan to the “K” in the Seo-gu of Busan.

Accordingly, the defendant used forged registration number plate and exercised forged air units at the same time.

around 12:56 on August 21, 2019, the Defendant operated a BMW car with a registration license plate attached by stating the forged vehicle “B” on the white cryp board by the Defendant’s crypology on the ecryp board.

Accordingly, the defendant was forged.
