A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

The Defendant, due to the failure to pay a fine for negligence to the actual owner of a new franchise XG car, had the front registration number plate of the said car kept in custody from the Kimhae market, and had the previous registration number plate used to forge it.

1. Around May 2014, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and forged a motor vehicle registration number plate B by making a brightness in the same size as a motor vehicle registration number plate to be exercised on the rooftop of the building located in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, and by making a letter in the same size as a test blue paper on that part.

Accordingly, the defendant forged one motor vehicle registration number plate for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. The Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and the Defendant operated the said new franchiseing car with the forged registration number plate attached from May 2, 2014 to June 23, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant used the forged registration number plate and exercised the forged registration number plate.
