1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 46,913,103 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from January 15, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Indication of Claim: The Plaintiff, under employment of the Defendant who engages in the automobile repair business in its trade name, provided labor from March 10, 2017 to December 31, 2018, and retired from office. The Plaintiff did not receive KRW 46,913,103 in total as wages and retirement allowances.

The defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 46,913,103 won, such as the above unpaid wages, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from January 15, 2019 to the date of full payment under the Labor Standards Act from January 15, 2019.
