A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 28, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Western District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 5, 2015.

After having become aware of the so-called "work loan business operator" who received a loan from a financial institution by making false documents through Internet search, the Defendant prepared a false lease agreement with the Defendant on the Da et al., which was introduced through the above name in his/her name, and conspired to obtain the loan from the financial institution by borrowing the deposit security loan from the financial institution.

1. Forging a private document;

A. On March 2014, the Defendant, at the direction of a person who was not killed in the name of a deceased at the early time, posted a seal of D’s seal on the column where real estate is located, using a computer in the form of the pre-sale contract for apartment in Busan Metropolitan City E. 412, and on the guarantee deposit column, “H”, “D”, “I”, “C”, and “C” in the lessee’s resident registration number column, and “C”, and affixed D’s seal on the lessee’s name column.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the Chapter 1 of the apartment lease contract in the name of D, a private document related to rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations in collusion with C and a person in a name.

B. On March 26, 2014, the Defendant signed a written consent to the establishment of the right of pledge, which was kept in the office of the Busan HHK Savings Bank, in the form of a written consent to the establishment of the right of pledge, 97 U.S., Busan, Jung-gu, Busan, Busan, with C, with the test color pen, on the lessor’s name column, “D”, “H”, and “J” in the resident registration number column, and the State column with “Y-dong 1501, J. 1501, Busan, Seo-gu, Busan.”

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a letter of consent to the establishment of pledge in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of uttering in collusion with the name of the handicapped or C.
