Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for four months.
However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

A around August 2012, at the office of a certified broker office of "E" operated by Defendant B, which is located in the building DD 103 in the Young-si Suwon-si Building D, Defendant B, along with Defendant B, conspiredd with Defendant B to obtain a loan by forging a false lease contract, etc. with respect to G owned by Defendant B, which had been arranged for a sales contract before, and submit it through F.
1. Points specified in the relevant private document;
A. On September 17, 2012, Defendant A, along with Defendant B, entered the said certified broker office in the name of the said certified broker office; Defendant A, using a computer located in the said place, entered the name of G into the name of the said office in the column of indication of the real estate in the site of a lease contract for a house, “Seoul Metropolitan City H (201)”, “Seoul Metropolitan City H (201) in the guarantee deposit column; “Japan million (15,000,000)” in the contract deposit column; “Japan million (15,00,000); and “I2 stories in the name of Sungnam-gu in Gyeonggi-do”; and “G” in the name of the said office.
G’s painting is stamped, and Defendant B entered “B” in the representative column in the broker column with the color pen.
Accordingly, the Defendants forged one copy of the lease contract in the name of G, a private document on rights and obligations for the purpose of uttering in collusion.
B. On October 20, 2012, with a view to raising the amount of loans at the above authorized brokerage office, Defendant A forged the written consent to the establishment of a pledge, stated “G” in the column where the subject matter of the site for the establishment of the pledge is located with the mix, “G” in the state column in the column where the object of the site for the establishment of the pledge is located, “G” in the state column among the mix column, and affix the said G seal on the name of G.
As a result, the Defendants forged a letter of consent to the establishment of a pledge in G name, which is a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of uttering.
