A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant conspiredd with the Victim C from August 2001 to June 2002, and was a person who conspiredd with the Victim D from June 2002 to August 2002.

1. Forging a private document or uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. On February 2002, the Defendant committed the crime of this Article with respect to the application for membership of the Korean Card Member under the name of C, saying, on the bus platform that was in a non-fluorial situation below the Mapo-dong, Busan, the Defendant: “B along with B, changed the identification card and photograph of the Gapo-dong, which is necessary for the issuance of the visa to Japan”; and received from C the driver’s license and the verification photograph of the women.

On March 1, 2002, the Defendant: (a) informed his personal information, etc. to a business employee in the name in the name of the Defendant, who works in our card, and (b) made the said employee enter the “C” in the column for joining the “E” using a verification color pen that is kept in the same place; (c) written the “E” in the resident registration number column; (d) written the “E” in the “E” in the “E” column; and (e) written the “C” in the “E” column in the form of the Jeju Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Busan; and (e) signed the “C” on the applicant column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant: (a) had a copy of the application for membership of the Korea Card Member under the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations, forged; and (b) had the said employee transmit it to the Korean card; and (c) exercised the said application by allowing the said employee

B. On March 13, 2002, the Defendant committed the crime under Article 3 of the C’s application for membership of the Cho Jae-gu’s Cho Jae-gu’s Cho Jae-gu’s Credit Card Co., Ltd., by informing his personal information, etc. to his employees who work in the Cho Jae-gu’s Credit Card of the above C’s personal information, etc., and by allowing the said employee to do so, using a verification-type pen that is kept in that place, “C” in the applicant name column of “C”, “E” in the resident registration number column, and “Seoul APT Dong in Chungcheong-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheong-si.”
