Defendant
A, B, and E shall be punished by imprisonment for 4 months, by imprisonment for 6 months, and by imprisonment for 2 months, respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A, B, C, and C, Co-Defendant G, and Nonindicted Party G, together with one another’s cell phone through document forgery, conspired to make profits by means of disposal. Defendant C, as a total liability for committing a crime, planned and instructed to commit a crime; Defendant C, as an intermediary book, forged resident registration certificates; Defendant D, as an intermediary book, delivers forged resident registration certificates and opened cellular phone; Defendant B, Defendant A, Co-Defendant A, and Nonindicted Party G, as an intermediary book, play the role of opening a cell phone using forged resident registration certificates.
1. From July 2013 to August 1, 2013, Defendant C conspired with one another with one another, Defendant C’s name and his resident registration number, address, and other personal information, without authority, were entered in the specification of the resident registration certificate, in an influence film of the standards of the resident registration certificate, and the attachment of A’s photograph above, forged one copy of the I resident registration certificate under the name of the head of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office, Songpa-gu Office, a public document.
2. On August 14, 2013, Defendant C, B, and Co-Defendant G’s co-defendant A, Defendant B, and Co-Defendant B found at the “K” mobile phone store located in Pyeongtaek-siJ under the direction of Defendant C, and applied for two mobile phone opening in the name column of the subscriber in the site for two mobile phone opening applications, and stated “I”, “L” in the resident registration number column, “L” in the address column, “N” in the deposit note, and “N” in the deposit note column, respectively, and then issued I’s signature to the applicant column with the forged I and N’s resident registration certificate.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to forge the two copies of the application for mobile phone entry, which is a private document under the name of I, and as if they were the document duly formed with the I and N resident registration certificates.
