A Imprisonment for two years, Defendant B, and E shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months, Defendant D, C, F, and G, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

In collusion with a person who is unable to know his/her name, the N or her name "N team leader" (hereinafter referred to as the "N team leader") collected personal information, such as another person's name, resident registration number, etc., illegally, forged resident registration certificates, driver's license, etc. used as an identification card in the Republic of Korea, recruited 20 young males of the Republic of Korea to create a one-person passbook and a telephonephone using a forged identification card, and combined with the recruited people by forging his/her identification card by using a photograph received from the recruited people, and by using the forged identification card, issued the card related to the passbook and the mobile phone.

1. Defendant A’s forged public document uttering, forgery of private document, uttering of falsified investigation document, fraud, and attempted fraud in collusion with Defendant C, D, E, F, G, andO, which are the N team leader and the books of passbook issuance. The Defendants received forged resident registration certificates using pictures sent by the N team leader, and the Defendants, who are the above books of passbook issuance, were engaged in the activities as the “P Director” and issued the above certificates to the Defendants, who are the above books of passbook issuance, and had the Defendants issued the certificates of resident registration with the head of the Tong and the card linked thereto at the bank using the forged resident registration certificates.

The Defendant, in collusion with Defendant C, D, E, F, G, andO, the N team leader and the head of the Tong issuance book, shall, around January 20, 2014, submit a forged official document to the staff in charge of opening the head of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government head of the Tong who is not aware of the fact that the resident registration certificate for Q in the name of the head of the Tong of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on which Defendant C’s photograph is attached, was duly formed, and shall continuously enter “ Q and resident registration number” in the name column in the form of the application form for deposit transaction/C card issuance.
