1. Defendant A

A. From January 16, 2015 to July 2015, the Defendant is the head of a mobile phone discount store operated by the Victim G Co., Ltd., Ltd., which was located in F in Busan Geum-gu from January 16, 2015 and engaged in the store management work, such as sales and inventory of mobile phones.

On January 2015, the Defendant embezzled 36 mobile phones owned by the victim 36 times in total from the day to July 2015, 2015, totaling 30,990,30 won of the market price owned by the victim from the victim at the above mobile phone discount store, and then sold 600,000 won arbitrarily to the mobile phone dealer of the 64G mobile phone 60,000.

B. In order to conceal the embezzlement of a private document or the embezzlement of a mobile phone owned by the victim as seen above, the Defendant used personal information, such as the nominal owner, in order to arbitrarily sell and open the mobile phone to the nominal owner, etc.

On January 27, 2015, at around 16:00, the Defendant, using a pen at the above mobile phone discount store, entered “H”, “I” in the name column, “I” in the customer registration number column, “I” in the customer address column, and “H” in the customer address column, and then sent the forged application form to an employee of the mobile communication company under the name of the Defendant who is aware of the forgery at the same place.

Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forges and uses a mobile phone application in the name of H, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, and extends up to 18 times from the above day to July 16, 2015, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 2.
