Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. As the Defendant and C were unable to open a mobile phone due to bad credit standing, they wanted to open a mobile phone in the name of D using D’s mental and physical disorder.

On May 20, 2015, the Defendant called “D” to “A mobile phone opening store in Daegu Northern-gu E Apartment-gu, 106 Dong 1218, and signed D on the same day with D, and on the same day, Defendant C entered “D” in the column for the name of the subscriber to the application for subscription, “D” and “D” in the name of the applicant column, and signed “D” in the applicant column.

In addition, one C entered the consent form for the use of personal information, LTE Plus/ 30 E-BBE discount program in the column of each applicant for each application form, and signed D in the name next to that.

Accordingly, in collusion with C, the Defendant forged each application form for mobile phone subscription, personal information utilization consent, LTE Plus/ 3 Ebribal discount program in collusion with C, which is a private document related to rights and obligations.

The Defendants conspired to use the aforementioned investigation document at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, and at the same time and place, held the forged mobile phone membership application, personal information utilization consent, LET Plus/ 30 as if they were the document duly formed.
