A Imprisonment for one year, and Defendant ACA shall be punished by imprisonment for six months, respectively.

Defendant

A on August 14, 2014, the Daejeon District Court has been sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc., and is currently pending in the appellate trial.

1. Defendant A

A. On June 5, 2014, the Defendant leased Nos. 608, 514, and 613 of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. under the name of the CA, the name of the Defendant respectively. On the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a cE on the Internet NAV website to recruit men who want to engage in commercial sex acts; (b) employed a single cG, CH, CI, and CJ from around November 1, 2014 to around November 20, 2014; (c) received KRW 114,608, and 613 from many unspecified men to 130,000,000,000 won from the above CD building; and (d) made it available for commercial sex acts; and (e) made the remainder of the male and female women to acquire commercial sex acts; and (e) made the aforementioned male and female women acquire commercial sex acts to 200,000 won.

B. On November 2014, the Defendant: (a) asked CL introduced through CK to the effect that “it was affected by the crackdown on the operation of an officetel sexual traffic business establishment; and (b) requested only one room to be confirmed; (c) it would give KRW 10 million upon undergoing an investigation by the prosecution; and (d) led CL to have the police make a false confession.”

On March 13, 2015, the Defendant instigated a criminal suspect by having CL make a false statement to the police officer in charge of the investigation of the Daejeon Police Station in the Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon-dong and the intelligence team office “from October 4, 2014 to November 1, 2014, the instant CD building 608 was operated.”
