A around March 4, 2014, posted promotional materials of 'R' on Internet advertisements, such as 'S', 'T', which is a promotional site for commercial sex acts, by employing women in commercial sex acts, and providing guidance to women in commercial sex acts who have been waiting for the above 4.19 plans for commercial sex acts, and arranging commercial sex acts throughout several times from the beginning of December 2013 to March 4, 2014.

[2014 Highest 6193] Defendant E is sentenced to 4 months of imprisonment for a crime of violating the Juvenile Protection Act and 2 years of suspended execution on September 14, 2013 in the Busan District Court's Branch Branch on September 6, 2013, and is currently under the grace period, which became final and conclusive on September 14, 2013.
