Punishment of the crime
"2014 Highest 6911" and "2014 Highest 6962"
1. Defendant A is a person who operates a sexual traffic business with the trade name “I” from the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H and the third floor.
On August 20, 2014, the Defendant, at around 22:20 on August 20, 2014, arranged commercial sex acts by having employees E pay 50,000 won for the said business, and by having employees E take the sexual organ as hand and scambling, and arranging commercial sex acts. From June 6, 2013 to August 20, 2014, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts for an average of 5-6 men on a daily basis.
2. Defendant B conspired with Defendant A to serve as the head of the office in charge of Kabter in the said “I” business place, and arranged to perform the act of similarity in a way that helps the male grandchildren who found the place around June 2, 2014, receive KRW 70,00 from the male grandchildren, and let Do female employees receive 70,000 won from her male grandchildren to her hand, and made her sexual intercourse in the same way until July 7, 2014.
3. The Defendant: (a) was the owner of a building located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H; and (b) was aware of the operation of a sexual traffic business establishment as above, the Defendant, despite being aware of the operation of the said business establishment, received KRW 1.2 million monthly rent from June 6, 2013 to August 20, 2014; and (c) leased a building so that A may engage in sexual traffic business, such as the said paragraph (1).
4. Defendant D, while working as an employee at the above “I” business establishment, committed sexual traffic by doing the act of similarity in a way that makes the sexual son’s sexual son’s sexual son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s
5. Defendant E, while working as an employee at the above “I” establishment, engaged in sexual traffic by engaging in the act of similarity in a manner of putting the sexual organ of the J in his/her hand and scambling it over at around 22:00 on August 20, 2014.
