Punishment of the crime

1. From July 2012, Defendant B and D operated a commercial sex trafficking business establishment with the trade name of “F” on the lease of 804, 902, 906, 1404, 1704, 1904, 1904, and 1906 from the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Etel Adong-gu, Incheon, and Defendant B and D, on condition that Defendant B would employ a commercial sex trade site and offer customers to receive money.

B around September 24, 2012, around 22:10 on September 24, 2012, B and D arranged sexual traffic by providing guidance to the above 1404 room where G, a female employee, was in the atmosphere, and arranged sexual traffic for the business of 36 times in total from September 19, 2012 to September 24, 2012.

2. On September 24, 2012, the Defendants’ co-principals Defendant A continued to operate a commercial sex acts business in the name of “F,” with the trade name of 804, 906, 1404, 1904, and 1906 leased from the above Etel from the end of October 2012, when the said “F” was controlled by the police, Defendant A employed Defendant B on a condition that Defendant B would be 1.5 million won per month to report the commercial sex acts site and provided guidance to customers in return for money.

The Defendants recruited 7 female employees, including I, who wish to obtain female employees on the job offer site, such as Internet Madba, and publish them in the trade name of "J", which is called "Macheon-F", which is an Internet entertainment site.
