A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2012 Highest 4363] On September 23, 2012, around 08:25, the Defendant stolen one galthoopthal lucon in the market price of the victim’s possession on the PC table No. 30 p. 30,000, which is located on the BPC bank in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

1. On June 2012, the Defendant discovered and stolen a victim E’s driver’s license, which is owned by the victim E, working together as a water, in the waitter atmosphere room of the Gangwon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu D entertainment tavern.
2. Forgery and uttering of private documents;
A. At around June 7, 2012, the Defendant, without authority, forged one copy of the service new contract in the name of the victim, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, using the name of the victim in the column of application for subscription of the said new service contract, which is marked on “E”, “G” in the resident registration number column, and “G” in the address column as of June 7, 2012, and “E” without authority, and used it by submitting the said new service contract to the above agency staff who did not know of the fact.
B. On June 8, 2012, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim’s name in the column for application for subscription to a new service contract as described above; (b) forged one copy of a new service contract in the name of the victim, which is a private document on rights and obligations; and (c) submitted and exercised the said new service contract to the agency staff who is aware of the fact.
[2012 Highest 4801] Around 16:40 on August 9, 2012, the Defendant stolen one part of the observer mobile phone owned by the victim by taking out a mobile phone from JPC at his/her own PC room from his/her employee K, and by escape out of it.
