1. Events, such as writing, electronic records, etc.;

A. On February 26, 2013, the Defendant, using that person’s authorized certificate, issued a credit card to use the department store in his/her name. On the part of the Defendant’s residence in Daegu-gu E-gu building 101, he/she connected the Internet’s website via the Internet, followed the process of identification by using D’s authorized certificate, and then entered “D”, “F”, “F”, and “S 202,” in the resident registration number column, respectively.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a credit card application file of D, which is an electronic record of another person's rights and duties, for the purpose of facilitating the management of affairs.

B. The Defendant sent a credit card application file that was forged at the time and place set forth in paragraph 1(a) via the Internet as if it was duly formed to the staff in charge of the modern department store card.

Accordingly, the Defendant exercised a credit card application file of D, which is an electronic record of another person's electronic records on the rights and obligations forged.

2. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On April 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on April 12, 2013, forged private documents; and (b) on April 12, 2013, at the “I” agency located in Daegu Suwon-gu H, the Defendant, without authority, written “D” in the name column of the mobile phone service new contract; (c) “F” in the name column of the resident registration number; and (d) signed the “J” in the new mobile phone number column of the new mobile phone service contract; and (d) signed in the name of the customer column of the applicant for membership. Accordingly, the Defendant forged one copy of the mobile phone new contract in the name of D, which is a private document concerning the rights and obligations for the purpose of exercising the right and obligations. A. The date and time set forth in paragraph 1, and at the same time, the mobile phone new contract, as above, is forged.
