Punishment of the crime

On December 16, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of one year and two months at the Gwangju District Court for fraud, etc. and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 28, 2013;

1. On February 20, 2012, at C mobile phone agencies located in B on February 18:0, 2012, indicated D’s name column of customer registration number No. 101, 504, and D’s name column of applicant customer registration number column in E and resident registration number column in the paper of the new contract for mobile phone services located in B at B on February 20, 2012, and forged one copy of D’s mobile phone service new contract in the name of private document concerning the rights and obligations for the purpose of signing and exercising the name column of applicant customer registration number;
