A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

8,950,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On September 4, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Suwon District Court’s Pyeongtaek District Court’s House on the grounds of a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the original prison on September 28, 2015.

[2] The Defendant is not a handler of narcotics, etc.

1. On October 13, 2015, the Defendant administered D hotel 902, E, F, and G, which were administered in the same manner as D hotel 102, E, F, and G, around October 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) mixs water containing water in a one-time injection machine; and (b) amphonephones by means of injection into the Defendant’s arms blood cells.

2. On January 6, 2016, the Defendant received philophones from the hotel room in Gangnam-gu Seoul on a commercial name, which received approximately five grams of philophones from E without compensation, at the hotel room in Gangnam-gu Seoul.

3. On March 2016, the Defendant purchased philophones with E by means of receiving approximately 12 grams from H located in Annsan-si in Annsan-si in Annsan-si in Annex-si in Annex-si in Annex-si in Annex-si in Annex-si in Annex-si in Annex-si in the middle of 2016, taking cash of KRW 1.8 million from E, making up a total of KRW 500,000,000 in annex-si in annex-si, sending the cost of philophones to a person who is not the name of Busan, and then, purchasing philophones by means of receiving approximately 12 gramss in annex-si in Annex-si.

5. On January 13, 2017, the Defendant sold a one-time injection device with approximately KRW 500,000 from K and approximately KRW 0.7 gramphones at the house of the above K around January 13, 2017.

6. On January 22, 2017, the Defendant selling philophones around January 22, 2017: 13:30 on January 22, 2017.
