A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 1, 2, and 5 shall be confiscated.

490,000 won from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant was not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the narcotics as follows:

1. Sale of philophones;

A. On March 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased KRW 40,00 from E in front of the exit area of 40,000 in Busan subway C No. 1 and 3,000,000 in front of the exit area of Busan B (U.S. D); and (b) traded philopon by putting approximately 0.07g (one penphone; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) a part of a local mental medicine medicine, into a single-use injection machine.

B. On May 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 40,00 from E in the same manner as above from May 1, 2017; and (b) purchased and sold approximately KRW 0.07g philopon to him.

On September 1, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 40,00 from E in the same manner as above from September 1, 2017 and purchased and sold 0.07 g philopon to him.

(d)

On October 1, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 40,00 from E in the same manner as above at the same place as at No. 1 of the A.M. and traded 0.07 g of philopon to him.

E. On October 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 40,00 from E in the same manner as above at the same place as set forth in paragraph (1) of the A.M.; and (b) purchased and sold 0.07g philopon to him.

F. On October 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 40,00 from E in the same manner as above at the same place as set forth in paragraph (1) of the A.M.; and (b) purchased and sold 0.07g phiphones.

G. On October 31, 2017, at around 13:00, at the same place as paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant traded one disposable injection machine containing approximately KRW 2.5 million from E, and approximately KRW 0.35 g of philopon (per 5 candle of 1.5 g of philopon). One disposable injection machine containing approximately 0.10 g of philopon (per 1.5 g of 1.5 g of philopon injection equipment) on its own.

2. On October 31, 2017, the Defendant, holding a phiphone, i.e., a phiphone on the right side of the land that was entered in the front of the F Post Office on F (MG G) around 18:20 on October 31, 2017.
