2013 Highest order 16001
1. A. Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated the Mepta (tentatively named “philopon”; hereinafter “philopon”) as follows. A.
(1) On January 2013, the Defendant promised to purchase the disposable 60,000 won per unit of 1,60,000 won, including the 1,60,000 won of philophones, from the police officer C in the middle of 2013, and purchased 3,70,000 won for all expenses, including the 1,60,000 won of philophones. On January 20, 2013, the Defendant purchased 1.7g of philophones from C from the Defendant’s vehicle in front of Pyeongtaek-si Dop, which includes approximately 0.7g of philophones (total 1.4ggs).
(2) On January 201, 2013, around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) purchased from the Defendant’s passenger car in front of F in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, about KRW 0.7g of philopon; and (b) purchased from C 1.6 million philopon.
(3) On January 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased 80,000 fluoron phones from the Defendant’s passenger car in front of Pyeongtaek-si D; (b) purchased fluoron-phones with approximately 0.7g philopon from C; and (c) purchased 80,000 fluoron-phones.
(4) On February 5, 2013, at around 04:00, the Defendant purchased 80,000 f-phones from the Defendant’s passenger car in front of paragraph (2) F, one disposable injection device with approximately 0.7 g-phones from C, and 80,000 won.
(5) On February 27, 2013, at around 22:00, the Defendant purchased a 800,000 philopon from the Defendant’s passenger car in front of paragraph 2(F), one disposable injection device from C containing approximately 0.7g philopon, and 80,000 won for price.
(6) On March 1, 2013, around 18:00 to 19:00, the Defendant received five disposable injection machines (total 3.5ggs) for the Defendant’s car in front of paragraph (2) F, containing approximately 0.7g of philopon from C, and then paid to C in front of F at around 16:00 the following day.
