Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, the two years each from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A. On August 2015, the Defendant, in collusion with F police officers, administered a phiphone in collusion with F and with F in which it is impossible to find out the trade name in the middle of the mid-to-west shielding period, on August 2015, the Defendant: (a) was in collusion with F and administered a phiphone in collusion with F in a single-use injection machine, which is a local mental medicine (i.e., one phiphone, and one phiphone) at the request of F; (b) was put in a single-use injection machine; and (c) was dilution into F’s arms by dilution with water; and (d) was dilution with F by dilution the phiphone volume into water.

B. On August 2016, 2016, the Defendant purchased philophones from H amusement park located in Gyeongyang-si, Gyeongyang-nam, G on August 1, 2016, using 4.30,000 won as a philophone, and purchased philophones from B, with approximately 0.7g philophones.

On August 15, 2016, the Defendant administered opon medication by means of inserting approximately 0.04g opon into a disposable injection machine and dilution it with water in front of J Housing construction site located in J in J at Gyeong-nam-si, Gyeongyang-si, Gyeongyang-si on August 15, 2016.

(d)

On August 16, 2016, the Defendant, at L Company's office located in Gyeongyang-si, 11:25 on August 16, 2016, containing about 0.35 gramphones in six for single-time injection devices, and carrying about 0.9ml in liquid 0.9ml in which phiphones are recorded, in five fortuphones.

2. Defendant B

A. On August 2016, 2016, the Defendant purchased philophones from H amusement parks located in Gyeongyang-si, Hoyang-nam, G on August 1, 2016 and purchased philophones by taking 4.30,000 won a single philophone and taking approximately 0.7g philophones to M.

B. On August 2016, the Defendant, who sold philophones, was able to take a disposable injection, which included approximately 0.7g of 0.7 gramphones purchased from A and purchased, as set forth in paragraph 2(a) of the above, from H amusement parks located in Gyeongyang-si, Gyeongyangyang-si, G in the first half of August 2016.
