A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

1,702,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the Metepoptopule (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) and marijuana, which is a local mental medicine, as follows:

1. On March 22, 2017, the Defendant, at around 14:49, remitted 100,000 won of philopon to the Saemaul Treasury account in the name of Y, and on March 22, 2017, around 17:00, purchased philopon with approximately 2 partitions ( approximately 0.14 gh) in the number of philopons in the part of AAA located in the territory of Y in Busan Metropolitan City.

2. On March 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) injected philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine within the Defendant’s residence at Changwon-si, Jinwon-si (AB 202); and (b) dilution them with water; and (c) administering philophones by inserting them into his arms.

3. Crimes of carrying and selling phiphones;

A. The Defendant, at night on March 1, 2017, concealed approximately 5 g of philopon from AC on a car parked in front of the AD bath located in the window. The Defendant, upon request by the Defendant, concealed the philopon from AC on a car parked in front of the AD bath located in the window. The Defendant, who was parked in front of the AD bath located in the Gu AE in the Chang-si city, takes up approximately 5 g of philopon on a AF headton car operated by AC in front of the AD bath located in the Chang-si city.

In March 23, 2017, a person kept a philophone and possessed a philophone.

B. On March 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received request from AC to sell phiphones; (b) offered a proposal to purchase phiphones; and (c) received KRW 1.5 million from AG that respondeded to the request from AG to the agricultural bank account in the name of the Defendant; (d) around 23:00 of the same day, the Defendant sold phiphones in collusion with the said AC in collusion with approximately 5 g of phiphones that were contained in five part of a disposable injection machine in the Defendant’s residence, at around 23:00 of the same day; and (e) sold phiphones in collusion with the said AC.
