A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

2,150,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

1. Sale and purchase of a champopon (one-person clopon (hereinafter referred to as "philopon");

A. On December 17, 2015, the Defendant, around 19:48, deposited KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000 from D Nong Bank account (Account Number E) used by C on December 17, 2015, and received approximately 0.2 gramphones from C in front of “GrabC” operated by the Defendant in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around the same day.

B. On December 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) deposited KRW 200,000,000 from the Nong Bank account (Account Number E) used by C on December 25, 2015; and (b) received approximately 0.4 grams from C around the same day.

C. Around December 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) deposited KRW 100,000,000 from the Nong Bank account (Account Number E) used by C on December 26, 2015; (b) deposited KRW 100,000 from C around the same day.

On December 27, 2015, the Defendant deposited KRW 400,000 from D’s bank account (Account Number H) used by C on December 27, 2015, and received approximately 0.7 grams from C around the same day.

E. On December 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) deposited KRW 200,000 from D’s bank account (Account Number H) used by C on December 30, 2015; and (b) received approximately 0.4 grams from C around the same day.

F. On January 2, 2016, around January 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) deposited KRW 100,000,000 from D’s bank account (Account Number H) used by C on January 2, 2016; and (b) received approximately 0.2 grams from C around 01:00 on the same day.

G. On January 2, 2016, the Defendant, who traded phiphones, around the first half of the year, was C around January 2, 2016.
