A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The defendant as to items 1 through 3 and 6 through 8 of seized evidence.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On April 30, 2014, the Defendant received 3.50,000 won from C via the National Bank Account (Account Number: E) in the name of D used by the Defendant, upon the Defendant’s request to seek psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related Mecopon (one Mecopon; hereinafter “Mecopon”).

The Defendant withdrawn the above KRW 350,000,000, and asked F to call for the philopon in the vicinity of the new disease control region in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and then requested F to call for the philopon, and approximately KRW 0.3g of the philopon, which entered F at the same place after about two hours, was 0.3g of the philopon.

At around 20:00 on April 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) reduced approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased in front of the G Building in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) reduced them at his/her own share; and (c) 0.2g of the remaining philophones.

As a result, the Defendant arranged to purchase 0.2g of philophones from F so that C may purchase 3.50 million won of philophones.

B. On May 31, 2014, at around 12:58, the Defendant received KRW 490,00 from C to the account of the said national bank upon the request of C to accept the penphones.

The Defendant withdrawn the above KRW 4.90,000, and asked F to call up F in the vicinity of the above new disease control region, and requested F to rescue philopon, and then again 0.3g of philopon, which entered F from F, at the same place after about two hours.

At around 20:00 on April 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) reduced approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased in front of the G Building in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) reduced them at his/her own share; and (c) 0.2g of the remaining philophones.

As a result, the Defendant arranged to purchase and sell 0.2g of philophones from F so that C may purchase 4.90,000 won of philophones.
