A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

1,850,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] The defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for special assault by the Incheon District Court on June 9, 2016, and the above sentence became final and conclusive on June 17, 2016 and is currently under probation period.

[Criminal facts]

1. Mediation for the sale of, and receipt and delivery of, Meteptopy (one philophone; hereinafter referred to as “philophone”);

A. On June 2016, the Defendant: (a) received a request from Haman C to find out the person to purchase the phiphones; (b) around the same day, the Defendant introduced D from the trade name in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, to C; (c) on the same day, C am out of the above main line on the day, and in D’s vehicle parked in the neighboring street, the Defendant was provided with 350,000 won for a disposable injection containing approximately 0.7g of phiphones in the presence of the Defendant in the vehicle parked in D; and (d) the Defendant received 350,000 won in return from D in return for the above good offices.

On June 2016, 2016, after the above transaction day, the Defendant continued to ask C for a trading price of approximately 2.8g philopon, and let D search for C. In the vicinity of the game site located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and C was about 0.28g of philopon to D, and 1 million won was collected in return.

B. around the first half of July 2016, the Defendant introduced C at the center of G elementary school located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City upon request from H to seek a phiphone. On the same day, C 2.5g of a philopon, one for a single-use injection device containing approximately 0.35g of a philopon to H, and 2.50,000 won as a consideration, and the Defendant provided C with a single-use injection device containing a philopon injection from the flopon on the flopon.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a narcotics handler, he/she arrange three times to trade philophones between C, D, and H, which are a local mental medicine.
