1. The plaintiff's main claim is dismissed.
2. With respect to the accidents listed in the Appendix 2 List, listed in the Appendix 1 List.
Reasons
1. On April 27, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant as the insured, and the beneficiary as B (the Defendant’s children) with the same content as the attached Table 1 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
The Defendant was hospitalized at a hospital for 265 days in total from September 21, 2012 to July 4, 2014, as indicated in the following written statement of payment details of insurance proceeds. The Defendant received insurance proceeds of KRW 15,800,000 from the Plaintiff in total according to the instant insurance contract.
