1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. On July 2, 2008, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with Defendant A, his/her father, as the insured, with the same content as the attached Form (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
Defendant A was hospitalized at a hospital for a total of 680 days from July 15, 2008 to November 24, 2014 as indicated in the following specifications of payment of insurance proceeds. Defendant A received insurance proceeds of KRW 35,784,043 in total from the Plaintiff according to the insurance contract of this case.
