1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. On March 31, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant as the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the same content as indicated in the attached Form [Indication of the Insurance Contract] as the insured.

The Defendant was hospitalized at the hospital for 25 days in total from July 8, 2011 to June 7, 2014, as indicated in the following written statement of payment details of insurance proceeds. The Defendant received insurance proceeds of KRW 28,265,000 in total from the Plaintiff according to the insurance contract of this case.
