1. The plaintiff's primary claim and the conjunctive claim are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On April 8, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
B. After entering into the instant insurance contract, the Defendant received hospitalized treatment for 271 days from June 3, 2010 to November 27, 2014 as indicated in Table 1, including the following: (a) after entering into the instant insurance contract on June 3, 2010; and (b) the Plaintiff paid KRW 6,380,000 to the Defendant with the insurance money.
