Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On October 20, 2010, the Plaintiff concluded an insurance contract with the Defendant listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
B. On February 1, 2011, the Defendant received hospitalized treatment for 15 days from February 7, 2011 to February 21, 2011, as indicated below, for 429 days from 429 days from April 29, 2014 as indicated in the following table, and received KRW 1,378,00,000,000 from the Plaintiff by May 23, 2014, for the aggregate of the insurance proceeds in accordance with the instant insurance contract.
