A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant had sold the real estate owned B to a third party by using the seal and identification card of B, which was kept in custody by the third-class blind-class B, the blind-class B, and had the intention to use the proceeds of sale.

1. Forgery of private documents and uttering of private documents dated March 26, 2018;

A. On March 26, 2018, the Defendant, at the D Resident Center located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, delegated his/her agent to issue a certificate of seal imprint on the proxy form for issuance of the certificate of seal imprint: “B”, “E”, “E” in the resident registration number column, “General”, “A” in the proxy column, “A” in the relevant column, “ma” in the relevant column, and “A” in the column for reasons.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation to issue a certificate of personal seal impression in the name of private document B, which is a private document.

B. The Defendant, at the same date, at the same time and place as the above paragraph (a) above, exercised a letter of delegation for issuance of a forged certificate of seal imprint as if it were duly formed.

2. Forgery of private documents, uttering of private documents on March 27, 2018, preparation of qualification-based private documents, and display of private documents on March 27, 2018;

A. On March 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) written out “B” in the item column subject to delegation using a computer on the proxy form located in the G (ju) office located in the Busan Metropolitan Government Annual Organization; (b) “B” in the personal information column of the delegating; and (c) printed out “A” in the personal information column of the mandatary; and (d) on March 27, 2018, “B” in the item column; and (e) marked “B” in the name of the delegating; and (e) marked “B” in the name of the delegating, and affixed B seal kept in advance.
