A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts
Around March 17, 2020 and around 1999, the Defendant reported marriage between B (Death on March 17, 2020) and B. However, from around 2015, the Defendant was in a separate way.
During that process, the Defendant anticipated that B would immediately die, and was temporarily kept in custody with B’s seal impression obtained from B, B, with regard to B’s name insurance, the Defendant thought that B had the beneficiary of B changed from the legal inheritor to the Defendant, and had the beneficiary claimed the entire insurance money and received the payment.
1. On January 30, 2020, the Defendant forged a private document, which is a private document for the rights and obligations of B, and forged a letter of proxy for the issuance of a certificate of seal impression under the name of B by using the pen in the letter of proxy for the purpose of exercising the above authority even though there was no delegation from B on January 30, 202 with the authority to issue the certificate of seal impression under the name B at an unsound place, and used it as a document for the purpose of exercising the said authority as if the Defendant had not been delegated with the said authority, and then submitted it to the staff of the sub-office as if he had been aware of the forgery, a letter of proxy for the issuance of a certificate of seal impression under the name B, which is a private document for the rights and obligations of B, to affix the seal impression affixed to B, and if he was in force at around 16:08 on the same day, 389 on the same day, he had the capacity to issue
2. On January 31, 2020, the Defendant did not have been delegated by B with the authority to claim insurance money with respect to the insurance under B’s name.
On January 31, 2020, the Defendant issued a letter of delegation, which is a letter of delegation with respect to the rights and obligations of the name B, by stating “A” in the name column of the delegated person’s name, and affixing a seal imprint in the name column of the delegating person’s seal impression/signing seal.
