Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

A registered the international marriage brokerage office of "E" in the name of wife D in Daejeon Jung-gu, and operated it together with D, and has overall control over all affairs related to recruitment of workers and international marriage.

An international marriage broker shall obtain personal information, such as marriage history, health status, occupation, and criminal history, from a user who has entered into a contract and the other party to marriage brokerage, and shall obtain certification from a notary public of each country concerned and provide the other party and

On October 20, 2013, the Defendant, in collusion with D and employees F, did not provide in writing the personal information of the other party to the marriage brokerage in Vietnam, which will be married in advance, while entering into an international marriage brokerage contract at the user H house located in Guri-si, Guri-si, with D and employees F.

On October 11, 2013, at around 10:00, the Defendant introduced five women, the other party to marriage brokerage, to users H in the hotel room located in Vietnam, i.e., “I”, and had the local interpreter of Vietnam, who was present at the meeting site, deliver the personal information of the parties to the contract verbally.

On November 21, 2013, the Defendant, in collusion with D and his employeesJ, did not provide in writing the personal information of the other party to the marriage brokerage in Vietnam, which will be married in advance, even though the Defendant entered into an international marriage brokerage agreement with K at the trade in the trade and in the trade in the trade and influent marriage store located in D and his employeesJ.
