1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000;

2. Where the defendant does not pay a fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant shall operate an international marriage brokerage business in the name of "E" on the third floor of the D Building in his/her own Government (registration number: Gyeonggi Government F). 1. An international marriage broker who violates the prohibition provisions, such as group contact, etc., shall not introduce two or more other parties to the user at the same time, and shall not introduce two or more other parties to the user simultaneously or in order at the same time on the same day and at the same place.

Nevertheless, the Defendant entered into a marriage brokerage contract with G on March 30, 2013, and then, around April 22, 2013, at H hotel in Vietnam, Ho Ho-si, Ho-nam, Ho-si, Honam, for the purpose of viewing G and adjacent vessels, three-three-three-three-three-three-three-three-three-three-three-three-three-three-three-one-three-three-three-one-three-three-three-three-one-three-three-three-three-three-one-three-three-one-one of the non-party women in Vietnam at the same place on the same day.

2. An international marriage broker who violates his/her duty to provide personal information shall obtain personal information, such as marriage experience, from a user who has entered into a contract for marriage brokerage and the other party to marriage brokerage, respectively, and obtain certification from a notary public of the relevant country, and provide the other party with such personal information in writing;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, like Paragraph 1, did not provide in writing personal information on Vietnam women, including I, to G who entered into an international marriage brokerage contract on April 22, 2013.
