Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the Defendants did not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who establishes a separate office of eight square meters in the place of residence in Gangwon-do, and works as the representative of an international marriage broker of a mutually "D", and Defendant B is a woman who is naturalization from Vietnam's nationality and is in office at the above D company as the head of office, and is a person who operates an international marriage brokerage business with Defendant A along with Defendant A.

1. An international marriage broker shall obtain personal information, such as marriage history and health conditions, from a user who has entered into a marriage brokerage contract and the other party to marriage brokerage and obtain certification from a notary public of each country concerned and provide the other party and user with such information in writing;

Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired to enter into a marriage brokerage contract with E at the above "D office on July 30, 2013, and continued marriage brokerage in Vietnam on August 11, 2013, and even though the marriage between E and Vietnam was married, the Defendants did not provide E with the personal information of Vietnam prior to the arrival of the marriage.

2. No international marriage broker shall introduce any person under 18 years of age to a marriage broker in case of a marriage broker;
